HKZ heeft kennis genomen van de toevoeging van het thema klimaatverandering in de ISO 9001[1]<\/a>. Per 23 februari 2024 is dit een verplicht aandachtspunt geworden in de contextanalyse.<\/p>\n

Het betreft een wijziging in de ISO eisen 4.1 en 4.2 (zie schuine tekst).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1 Understanding the organization and its context.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organization shall determine external and internal issues that are relevant to its purpose.<\/p>\n

and that affect its ability to achieve the intended result(s) of its XXX management system.<\/p>\n

Added: The organization shall determine whether climate change is a relevant issue.<\/em><\/p>\n

4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organization shall determine:<\/p>\n

\u2022 the interested parties that are relevant to the XXX management system.<\/p>\n

\u2022 the relevant requirements of these interested parties.<\/p>\n

\u2022 which of these requirements will be addressed through the XXX management system.<\/p>\n

Added: <\/em>NOTE: Relevant interested parties can have requirements related to climate change<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Omdat ISO 9001 de basis vormt van alle HKZ-normen is het logisch dat dit thema ook een plek krijgt binnen HKZ. Op welke manier en wat dit voor de zorgaanbieders betekent werken we de komende tijd uit.<\/p>\n
