Deze vervangt NCS 8225:2018+A1 2019.<\/p>\n<p>NCS 8225 bevat de eisen die gelden bij certificatie tegen de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hkz.nl\/over-hkz\/overzicht_normen\/hkz-165-zorg-welzijn\/\" target=\"_self\" data-icon=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\">HKZ-norm Zorg &amp; Welzijn (HKZ 165)<\/a>. Dit zijn\u00a0 eisen aan de certificerende instelling betreffende onafhankelijkheid, onpartijdigheid van organisatie en personeel en verdere kwalificaties van het personeel. Ook bevat deze NCS eisen aan het\u00a0 certificatieproces, inclusief eisen aan de inrichting en verloop van de audit.<\/p>\n<p>Deze NCS bevat uitsluitend de aanvullingen t.o.v. NEN-EN-ISO\/IEC 17021-1:2015 en dient ook in combinatie daarmee gebruikt te worden.<\/p>\n<p>De aanvullingen bij NEN-EN-ISO\/IEC 17021-1:2015 9.1.5 uit NCS 8225:2018 e.v. zijn niet meer opgenomen in NCS 8225:2021.
